Katie Doucette

Katie Doucette is from the small, waterfront town of Saugatuck, Michigan.  She took art classes throughout school and has always had a passion to create things. She spent many hours as a child creating holiday art for the front porch windows, making funny cartoon characters, and designing greeting cards for friends and family. Katie and her mom opened a handmade gift shop in 2011, and that is when she made the decision to make a career out of her artwork.  Katie works from her studio at her home in Saugatuck, where she lives with her husband and two children.
